Where you stand / Commercial insurance
I have commercial insurance
Employer plans and plans you buy yourself, including Marketplace plans.
- Ask your insurer whether the drug your prescriber is considering is covered and what you would pay. Costs and benefits vary greatly between plans.[1]
- If it is covered (Wegovy or Ozempic): Novo Nordisk's savings offer says your copay could be as little as $25 a month, with at most $100 off, listed as "for up to 3 months". People with both commercial and government plans count as government-insured.[2][3][4] Full terms
- If it is not covered: compare the makers' self-pay prices. Every self-pay price, lowest first
- Put your numbers in the monthly cost tool to see both routes side by side.
Eli Lilly savings cards (Zepbound, Mounjaro, Foundayo) are not recorded here yet.
Which drug, which dose, and whether to start, stop or switch are medical decisions. Ask your doctor or pharmacist.
